One credit is one uncached file or URL scan. Hash lookups that hit cache are free. Cached results still return a HashZyn report.

How large can a file be?

Free plan uploads are capped at 3 MB (3 × 1024 × 1024 bytes). Starter and Pro allow up to 10 MB. Hash a larger file locally and look it up by SHA-256 when you already have the digest.

Can I scan from my product?
